Founding story of Petra and Hendrik
The idea for PETE was born from a clear vision: to make IT processes simpler, more efficient, and accessible to every company. Petra and Hendrik saw the same recurring patterns throughout their careers: complex ITSM processes, lack of transparency, and decisions based on assumptions instead of evidence.
They wanted to change that status quo with a solution that helps companies understand and improve their IT processes with confidence.
